This was my 9th visit at same place in last 6 yrs. The A's villa is really awsome place to visit with friends and family. The Villa is very clear and well maintained. Swimming pool is awsome. The owner Aggie is one of the most friendly person i ever met in Goa. He makes us feel as we are at home. The other staff is also very kind and friendly. The cook shersingh make lovely breakfast veg and nonveg both and serves it besides the pool side. One night we even got barbeque done from Shershingh. It was one of an experience. Apart from tha location is excellent beach restaurants like Martins Corner are abt 500mtr away. Would recommend it for any one who love peaceful place and wanna enjoy pool and the ambience. Thanks Aggie. Worth going again and again

We loved our stay in our villa at this peaceful 'resort'. Map on Tripadvisor is not correct - this accommodation is in Betalbatim, South Goa, about 35 mins drive south from the airport. First impressions was that it was very basic, but the villa was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable where you can really relax. Not cheap in January but reasonable, and we had option to cook meals of course. There was a well equipped kitchen (cooker, full fridge, washing machine), a dining table and lounge area downstairs plus a handy toilet.. Two large bedrooms updatirs, both with ensuites, AC and fans and balconies. The pool was a bit too cold for us but a nice place to relax, and staff provided pool towels every couple of days. The highlight of our stay was having breakfast outside every morning and enjoying what the chef had cooked for us (masala dhosa, aloo paratha, upma, omlette, chai - all very plentiful and absolutely delicious!) Staff were all very friendly and happy to help if we ever needed anything. Wi-fi worked well. Sunset Beach was exactly 500m walk down a quiet, sealed road alongside farmland and coconut trees and it was a lovely, empty, peaceful beach with a lifeguard on duty. Betalbatim 'town' was about 1.5 km walk where there were shops and Bank of Baroda. 200m from resort was a bus stop where we got the bus to Margao. There were a couple of restaurants which were walking distance (we liked The Camron) but a bit dark walking home - suggest you ask the resort night guard to meet you up the road in case there are any growly dogs!

This was our 7th stay in 4yrs. And love it's location close to a quite and noise free beach. Very well maintained over the years and must compliment the staff. The owner's Aggie and his wife go out of the way to ensure that you and your family are comfortable. There may be many options available nearby but this is the best place to stay with family.

Situated in the quaint seaside village of Betalbatim , A's offers spacious 2 bedroom villas with free parking. The beach is just a 5 min walk away and this village boasts of great restaurants like Martins Corner. Breakfast is cooked in the kitchen and one can order dosas, omelettes , parathas , toast etc. Aggie is a great host and we will definitely visit again.

Villa's are good, however do not settle for the apartments. It would be The same as staying at home. Unlike the villas, this place is not meant for kids. Service is satisfactory, but disappointed with the apartment system. Wrongly termed as "holiday retreat" These should be rental apartments for long stayers.
